Now that we
are starting to see the weather change, it is time to start really planning for
the snow. In Colorado, as we all know
skiing and snowboarding are extremely popular activities. For all of our new members of the Denver community who have moved during the
past few months, here is everything you need to know to take advantage of the
top resorts this winter.
hit the slopes, it is important to understand the different options that exist
regarding ski passes. When looking to
take advantage of the different mountain resorts that we have in Colorado it is
important to consider combining pass packages so you can get the most value for
your money. With multiple options out
there, depending how far from Denver you want to go, common multi mountain
passes include the Rocky Mountain Super Pass+ and the Colorado Ski Country USA
Gold Pass. It is important to take in to
account how much skiing will be done during the season and also how far you
want to travel. For example the Gold
Pass is expensive, at just over $3,000, however it is good for 20 resorts in
Colorado and is fully transferable. So
for the die-hard snow enthusiasts this can be a good deal. If you are more of the recreational
ski/snowboarder looking into the Rocky Mountain Super Pass+ will get you access
to Winter Park, Copper Mountain, and Eldora for around $600. Check out the links for more information on the
different passes. As the ski
season begins, it is highly recommended that you check out the below, highly

Pantone’s color of the year 2019 (what is that?) A perspective
"We worked with Karen Venier for a relatively short time for a good reason: our home sold at full price within hours of hitting the market! While it’s true that the Denver housing market is “hot,” credit for the speed and ease of our transaction belongs to Karen. She was great to work with, giving us perfect advice about readying our home for sale and then expertly guiding us from offer to close. Along the way, we came to appreciate Karen for her skillful blend of professionalism and personal touches – like dropping off our favorite beverages during a particularly stressful time in our move or shoveling our driveway in subzero temps after we’d left the state (way beyond the call of duty!). Now that we’ve relocated to Wisconsin, we keep saying that we wish Karen could be our buyer’s agent here. Since that’s not possible, we’ll shout her name loudly to whoever might be looking for a home in the Denver area.
Thanks for the great work, Karen!
