This evening, the 2012 NFL season drew to a close. Much to the dismay of Denver residences everywhere, our beloved Broncos were not involved in the festivities. Fret not, fellow Denver citizens, for I bring good news.
In a recent Realtor.com article Denver was named the 4th fastest home selling market. At 54 median days on market, Denver was the only market outside of California or Arizona to make this list.
Oakland, California topped the list of fastest selling home markets at 27 median days on market. Before you find yourself becoming green with envy, just remember, they still have to root for the Raiders. This year’s Super Bowl runner-ups rounded out the list at #10 with 68 median days on market.
What does this mean for Denver home owners? Well, it means now is a perfect time to put your home on the market. With home inventory at its lowest level in recent memory and below the radar interest rates, you can bet there will be a buyer for your home (or three!). So in little over 6 months before football begins again, Denver fans could sell their home at least 3 times in that span!!!
If you are thinking of selling your home, but are not sure what its currently worth, call me. I can provide you with a free, no obligation home assessment and show you some of the best ways to net top dollar!

"Buying a house can be a challenging experience. Nevertheless, Matthew Koller at Keller Williams made this opportunity of buying house easy. He showed great effort & competency throughout this lengthy process. In conclusion I highly recommend Keller Williams for all real state needs.
